Position:
The Sales Support Specialist will support the team by actively participating in the production, analysis and management of data related to Croesus customers.
Main tasks :

Update sales pipeline data in salesforce to reflect roadmap targets.

Track cost and revenue information
-
Use tools in jira and google to reconcile accounting data
-
Use salesforce and netsuite data to update customer CRM information
-
Create dashboards in Salesforce (forecasting and updating sales data).
Schedule:

spring: 8 to 10 hours per week

summer: 37.5 hours per week
-
autumn: 8 to 10 hours per week
Requirements:
Academic background and experience:

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a relevant field (finance, administration) in progress;

Minimum of two years' experience in sales or customer support, preferably in the financial sector;

Bilingualism (French and English);

Problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills;

Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or others (asset)

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote);

Strong attention to detail, meticulous approach;

Ability to organize workload to meet strict deadlines and manage priorities (multitasking);

Autonomous, problem-solver;
-
Creative, innovative, open-minded and customer-oriented.
