Position Summary
Based out of Halifax/Lower Sackville, NS, the Property Administrator is a key provider to the operational success of various Crombie properties through the development and implementation of effective procedures for the continuous improvement of administrative property operations. Additional duties of the Property Administrator include but are not limited to:
The profile we are looking for
Our ideal candidate will have three to five years of administrative experience, commercial real estate or administration. A post-secondary diploma in Business or Office Administration is preferred, however all individuals demonstrating proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience in organizing and working with the public will be considered. Professionalism and superior communication skills both verbally and written are a must. The successful candidate must be able to develop and build upon existing relationships both internally and externally.
