We are in need of a Home and Property Maintenance Worker/ Custodia Home Pro that is responsible for executing general property maintenance, small repairs, yard and lawn care and other odd jobs all year long. You will be the face of the company to the customer ensuring the property is well maintained and safe for our seniors.

Requirements:

- A kind and pleasant demeanor

-Landscaping and home maintenance experience
- A valid G driver's license
- No criminal record
-3 years of Customer service experience
- Love to learn and to get rewarded
- Organized, tidy, and on time
- Trustworthy and reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
• Handyman: 3 years (preferred)
• Snow Removal Service: 1 year (preferred)
• Landscaping or lawn care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Class G Drivers Licence (required)
