HR Recruiting Specialist

Job Title: HR Recruiting Specialist

Summary: This position is set in Toronto and works as HR Specialist to provide daily North America (the U.S and Canada)’s professional recruitment contribution and support office-related Administration projects from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each open requisition and solve for current and upcoming needs and priorities in the North America
• Maintain solid industry awareness and market intelligence of hiring trends, competitive intelligence as well as challenges; build and implement solutions to address these trends.
• Craft influential employer branding strategies and content
• Manage and maintain best use of job posting on LinkedIn and homepage of Dealmoon
• Serve as an expert-user on our internal recruiting tools
• Fulfill entire onboarding cycle preparation to facilitate the new joiners.
• Support Office Administration routines and seasonal events
• Take other duties related to HR and Administration to be assigned

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is required
• 1 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, related recruitment experience in affiliate marketing or content management will be a plus.
• 1 years of ATS system Experience
• Ability to build relationships with passive candidates
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and problem solve independently without sacrificing quality of work
• Familiar with US and Canada employment laws and recruiting channels, especially in Texas and Ontario
• Familiar with Online Shopping in Brands and Products in Fashion, Beauty, or Home Life channels
• Proven experience working in multiple-task environment and working under pressure.
• Working in Retail, E-Commerce, Marketing or Consumer Industry will be an asset.
• Willing to provide office administration support.
• Fluent English communication is a MUST and bilingual in both English and Mandarin will be a Plus

This is a Hybrid mode position and requires to be on-site 2 days a week .
