Position Description – General Manager at Dearborn Ford

Location: Kamloops, BC, Canada

Dearborn Ford a proud member of Cam Clark Auto Group, is currently seeking a proactive and dedicated General Manager to helm our dealership operations in the energetic city of Kamloops, British Columbia.

This pivotal role offers the chance to lead a premier automotive dealership recognized for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. As one of Western Canada’s oldest automotive dealerships, nearing a century of service, this role is not just about managing an established dealership; it's about driving continued success and innovation in a historic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the dealership's operations, focusing on high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

• Direct and mentor a talented team across sales, service, finance, and administration departments.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance, return on investment, and market penetration.

• Uphold and promote the Cam Clark Group's core values of Integrity, Growth, Commitment, Community and fun while driving for excellence in all business dealings.

• Promote a positive workplace culture that supports teamwork, employee development, and diversity.

• Engage with the local community and maintain strong relationships with customers and automotive industry partners.

• Ensure adherence to automotive industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in automotive dealership management. General Management experience for a min of 2 years with an automotive dealership.

• Demonstrated leadership and understanding of all aspects of the business

• Strong business insight with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability goals.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.

• Ability to inspire and lead a team towards success.

• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer service and ethical conduct.

• Understand Variable and fixed operations in an automotive store.

Pay: $110,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
