Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and materials needed for each phase.
- Provide leadership by effectively supervising the team, delegating tasks, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Oversee build processes, quality control measures, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide the construction team accurately.
- Collaborate with the project manager to assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.

Experience:
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a focus on quality control and efficient project delivery.
- Proficiency in using construction management software like ProCore for project management tasks.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques to accurately assess project requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control measures within the construction industry.
