Job Description
WHAT’S THE JOB?
Join our Dexterra Integrated Facilities Management team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward.
As a Operations Support, you will plan and carry out all planned and non-planned maintenance to the facilities, equipment, vehicle, and systems. You will also complete inventory, assist with custodial duties as required, deliver and pick-up supplies/laundry.
Your work will include:
- Planned and Non-Planned maintenance tasks are done on schedule and in a timely fashion
- Small Tool, Automation, Vehicles and Equipment repairs
- Work closely with Supervisors and Operations manager ensure deadlines are achieved
- Track, receive and unload inventory
- Do audits and periodic inspections of building structures to determine repair needs; establish and coordinate preventive rules and work practices to reduce and eliminate repair and maintenance.
- Assist leadership with the completion of Job Hazards Assessments and Accident and Incident reports.
- Facilitate safe work practices, and procedures geared towards an atmosphere that comply and exceeds a minimum Health and Safety Standard. Have a sound working knowledge of all liabilities and enforcement of all policies and procedures regarding the Health and Safety regulations for the province of Ontario.
- Assist with custodial cleaning when requested
- Maintain other areas of site including snow removal and grass cutting

Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 5 years in Canada
- Clear criminal record
- Mechanically inclined
- Valid drivers license and clear driver abstract
- Organized withexcellent reading and writing skills
- Ability to lift and carry 25-50lbs
