Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to drive profitable sales, for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the store and providing excellent customer service. Reporting to the President, you will oversee all operational activities within your store including merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling, and inventory management, by creating an environment where individuals feel valued and want to contribute to the store's success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage a diverse team.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and meet revenue goals

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits

- Oversee visual merchandising to maximize sales opportunities

- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Manage store payroll and scheduling

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail setting

- Strong knowledge of sales management principles and techniques

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to interview, recruit, and train new employees

- Familiarity with store management software systems

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
