Manager

Established in 1993 Dooly's is your favourite place to play, relax, and have fun. Dooly's Bedford is a staple of the bar industry in Bedford and seeks a mature individual for the position of Manager.

The Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the business. Duties and responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, inventory management, reservations, staff supervision, event hosting, marketing, preparing bank deposits, various human resource functions, data entry, and more.

The Manager will first and foremost be a leader who leads by example. The manager will model superior customer service, strict adherence to policies, and place a great emphasis on responsible beverage service.

Please apply if you possess the following:

• Minimum three years experience in the bar and restaurant industry
• Minimum three years management experience either within the bar and restaurant industry or in the retail sector
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong understanding of math, especially mental math.
• A reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license
• An outgoing personality
• A desire to make memorable guest experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $46,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
