Responsibilities:
- Assist in hair transplants
- Front desk booking appointments and answer phones
- Cash handling
- Reprocessing
- Assist technicians in providing patient care in a medical setting
- Help with the setup and preparation of medical equipment and supplies
- Perform basic tasks such as taking and collecting patient information
- Assist with patient transport within the office
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to analyze and interpret patient data accurately
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, such as Healthquest
This position requires a compassionate individual who can work effectively as part of a team to provide quality care to patients. The ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions is essential. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are also important.
