Health and Safety Coordinator

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join our team. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations to maintain a safe work environment. **Duties:** - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits - Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and preventive measures - Provide safety training to employees on various topics - Monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations - Collaborate with management to address safety concerns - Maintain safety records and documentation **Skills:** - Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to fabricate effective safety training materials - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Training development experience is a plus If you are passionate about promoting a culture of safety in the workplace and have the skills required for this role, we encourage you to apply.

Pay: $44,504.16-$83,335.66 per year
