Job Description:
The Project Coordinator and Estimator will be responsible for working with the clients and project managers to ensure the smooth transition in furthering project goals. To be successful in this role you will be client focused, experienced in budgets, and detail oriented. Excellent self-management and problem-solving skills are a must. This role is full time but offers flexibility for the right candidate. Wage is based on experience and training is available for the candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to clients and team
Establish new projects by collecting all relevant information and documentation from the client
Assist new clients with design and materials choices as necessary
Creation of project timelines and schedules for clients
Generate purchase orders and order materials
Assist with the preparation of estimates and quotes
Sourcing pricing and working with suppliers
Provide financial and clerical support through accounts payable and receivable
Maintain client records and documentation
Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Passion for construction and project management.
Proficiency with technology, CRM systems, and project management software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Understanding of construction and renovation processes is advantageous.
Experience with BuilderTREND is considered a plus.
