We serve as a wholesale supplier to a vast network of dealerships, manufacturers, and repair shops specializing in farm tractors and implements. Through our two well-equipped warehouses, we efficiently cater to our dealers across Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland.

Position Summary:We are seeking a Warehouse Receiver who is well-organized, reliable, and capable of meeting deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on tasks. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for professionally, effectively, and accurately receiving products into the warehouse and ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of the facility. Key responsibilities include confirming, verifying, and stocking products, retrieving data from a computerized inventory system, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Steady 40-hour work week
  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately check the accuracy of received products, stock them, and record their inventory, ensuring all documentation matches.
  • Pick and pack products to prepare them for shipment.
  • Maintain precise records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Perform maintenance on inventory or cycle counts as directed.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklift, sweeper, power/hand tools) preventively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Perform general warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, storing equipment, cleaning stock, and more.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Forklift and pallet jack experience is an asset, but not required (Training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with standard warehouse practices and methods.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Effective communication skills, strong memory, and mathematical abilities.
  • Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset but not required.
  • Must possess personal transportation with a valid driver's license.

Work Conditions:

  • Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs).
  • Required to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Involves repetitive motions (bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.).
  • Must be able to work in fluctuating weather conditions, including humidity, wet, and cold.
  • CSA-approved steel toe footwear is required at all times in the warehouse.
