Budtender/Key Lead Hybrid

Farmer Jane Cannabis Co. is looking for its newest budtender or key lead for our 8th Street location in Saskatoon.

If you’re a people person and have experience in leadership or a retail environment (not required but an asset), this is the opportunity for you!

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Provide extraordinary customer service.
• Be the best budtender by educating yourself on different types of customers and cannabis products.
• Create a positive in-store experience that includes updating displays, efficient restocking and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
• Act as a support to the manager and lead to the team.
• Financial duties include processing transactions and daily cash management.

What else you should know:

• The pay for the role ranges from $16-18 per hour
• You get to take advantage of our fab employee discount
• Training will be provided during your first week.
• A criminal record check will be completed and it is a pre-requirement to complete the Smart Choices course

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
