Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at FlairsTech in Montreal, QC, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and market expansion.


Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience in the IT or Software Services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of effective go-to-market plans for new and existing services.
  • Selling the company`s services and help us expand in north America and Canada.
  • Establishing his sales territory and building his team from scratch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Implement corrective actions and improvements based on performance analysis.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
