Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at FlairsTech in Montreal, QC, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Qualifications
Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Previous experience in the IT or Software Services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of effective go-to-market plans for new and existing services.
Selling the company`s services and help us expand in north America and Canada.
Establishing his sales territory and building his team from scratch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.
Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs to drive revenue growth.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Implement corrective actions and improvements based on performance analysis.
Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and optimal resource allocation.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
