We are a boutique French Patisserie, we take pride in crafting authentic French pastries using time-honoured techniques and the finest ingredients. From delicate Viennoiseries to decadent Entremet and Eclairs, our creations are beloved by our loyal customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including viennoiseries, Pâte à choux, cookies, and laminated doughs.
• Glaze and decorate Entremet and Éclairs with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and freshness.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a baker, preferably in a pastry or bakery setting.
• Proficiency in Baking viennoiseries, Pâte à choux, Making laminated doughs, and other French pastries.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
