A successful sales advisor is poise and engaging, empathetic in their communication style that is based on natural warmth and enthusiasm. This is key to achieving the goals of this role. While the role requires strong initiative and self-direction, results are only achieved with and through people. The role requires a high degree of “selling”, products or services that can help solve our customer's mobility needs. The role has a variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing.
