Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
• Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
• Accurately enter customer data into the system while maintaining attention to detail.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while adhering to phone etiquette standards.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
