GONZALES COFFEE IS HIRING A BARISTA!

We're looking for you!

Currently we have 20 to 35 hours per week that we need a permanent person to fill. Coffee experience is required.

Hours of operation;

• Open shifts start at 630 am with closes ending at 5:30/6.
• Mid day start times vary based on days needs.

Duties include, though are not limited to;

• Serving guests delicious coffee, every time.
• Maintaining retail and pastry presentation.
• Keeping a well cleaned and welcoming environment.
• Able to take inventory and place weekly orders.
• Able to count cash and fill in daily cash sheets.
• Approachable and engaging customer service skills.
• Functional morning person that shows up on time and ready to start at scheduled time.
• Loves engaging with people on a regular basis, regardless.

Job Type: PERMANENT

Wages:

$20 / hr for 1-2 years barista experience.

$18 /hr to train the right fit.

Schedule:

Varies based on shop needs. Scheduled monthly

Supplemental pay types:

Overtime pay

Tips:
Averages $5-$7/hr on top of base pay.
