If you are a highly motivated team player with a keen interest in supporting teams and managers deliver on their mandates by working through any outstanding conflict, consider joining the Workplace Supports & Prevention Branch. As a member of the Workforce Restoration Unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering a variety of conflict resolution supports to Government of Alberta employees at all levels. This includes direct or indirect involvement in conflict resolution, workplace reviews, conflict coaching, group facilitations, facilitated discussions, post investigation reintegration and support and advising of options.
This role seeks advice, guidance, and mentorship from the Manager, Workforce Restoration as needed.

Develop Networks: Proactively connect and build trust with peers and executives in PSC, ministry clients, jurisdictional contacts and other experts in their field.
Experience in the following areas is preferred:
Requirements:
University graduation in a related field plus five years of related experience; or equivalent as described below:
A related two-year diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution and seven years of related experience; or
A related one-year certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution and eight years of related experience.
