What we offer: -       Competitive compensation -       Company car -       Group insurance (medical, dental, life, disability) -       Floating days and sick leave -       Pension fund with employer contribution -       Career advancement opportunities What you have to do: -       Ensure the development of branch activities and the satisfaction of customer expectations; -       Organize, manage, and supervise all operational and financial activities of the business unit, in support of the Division manager; -       Prepare, carry out, follow up and organize the withdrawal of industrial cleaning sites when needed; -       Validate and monitor the proper planning and execution of all activities, defining priorities; -       Organize audits of work in progress in liaison with the Division Manager; -       Ensure good work practices and site safety; -       Prepare and develop various procedures and work instructions; -       Apply and enforce regulations, customer requirements and occupational health and safety (OHS) objectives within the business and on work sites. ‣ Profil recherché : Do you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial, unionized work environment? Are you a team player with good communication and leadership skills? Are you a self-starter with good analytical and synthesis skills? Are you organized, methodical and able to manage several projects simultaneously? Are you proficient in Microsoft Office applications? Do you have a high school diploma?
