## Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Hand to join our glass installation team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and quality control. This role requires supervisory skills and the ability to oversee projects effectively and participate in installations.

## Duties

- Interpret and follow construction schematics and blueprints

- Coordinate and lead construction projects from start to finish

- Supervise and guide construction crew members and assist with installations and conduct training

## Experience

### Required Skills:

- Proficiency in reading and understanding construction blueprints

- Experience in construction project management and supervision

- Knowledge of horizontal and vertical glazing systems an asset

- Ability to use all tools related to glazing , power tools and hand tools, including some flashing tools.

- Strong supervisory skills for leading construction teams

### Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity to European glazing systems.

- Previous experience in leading projects.

Pay: $29.08-$30.70 per hour
