Branch Manager duties will include:
· Managing the overall operations of the branch and deliver P&L performance to plan and forecast.
Technical leadership of teams in an electronic security and or locksmithing in a fast paced customer centric environment.
· Be the business leader in this region, professionally representing the Gunnebo Canada team to the regional and national customer base.
· Providing operational service leadership to branch staff – ensure all personnel understand the Company mission and objectives and work towards that common goal, be a Role Model – set an example by following all Company procedures and policies.
· Deliver best in class customer service to all accounts by providing new solutions that are applicable to client needs and add value.
· Planning and organizing branch to fulfil sales, profit and company objectives.
Complete service reports to allow for accurate invoicing and job cost tracking.
· Ensuring customer service levels are met.
· Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing; hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
· Lead the development of technical capability and teams skills development in line with business growth plans.
· Oversight and Management of the subcontract partner network.
· Oversight of Invoicing and costing responsibility.
· Oversight and review of all accounts payable invoices prior to submission.
· Completion of various Management Reports as required.
· Direct support of Accounts Receivable outstanding issues for the branch.
· Stay up to date with external and internal developments within the industry.
· Support sales team in their efforts to grow the business aligned with operations capability.
· Identify new market segments and accounts which fit Gunnebo’s regional customer profile leveraging existing relationships where possible.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· A technical background or leadership of technical support teams in electronic security and or locksmithing would be an advantage.
