Responsibilities:

• Perform estimates for highly motivated customers in a market with huge demand.
• Learn valuable sales skills through weekly trainings, both in-person and online.
• Be friendly, coachable, and present yourself with a great attitude.
• Walk potential customers through the Gutter Guys process, following systems to ensure world-class customer service.
• Become an expert in the industry (we’ll train you!).
• Engage in lead nurturing, outreach, and appointment setting.

Requirements:

• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn effective account management and sales techniques.
• Charisma and a bold approach to stepping out of your comfort zone.
• Strong negotiation skills (or the desire to develop them) with a focus on closing deals.
• Drive to improve yourself both personally and professionally.
• A desire to work hard and be well compensated for your efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
