This team plays a crucial role in maintaining a smooth production flow by ensuring the assembly teams have all necessary materials and equipment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Stock Levels: Ensure production materials are always available
  • Monitor and Address Stock Usage: Handle abnormalities and outages proactively
  • Stage Components: Prepare materials for immediate use to keep production on track
  • Anticipate Needs: Prevent production hold-ups by staying ahead of requirements
  • Read Production Schedules: Interpret and act on schedules to keep things running smoothly
  • Communicate Efficiently: Report missing parts to the purchasing agent
  • Manage Waste: Remove hazardous and non-hazardous waste
  • Lift and Carry Heavy Items: As needed
Necessary Skills:
  • Self-motivated and Proactive: Take initiative and excel in your role
  • High Performer: Bring your best everyday with excellent communication skills
  • Independent Worker: Maintain a quick and steady pace on your own
  • Fork Truck License: Recommended to perform the role effectively
Experience Required:
  • 1-3 years in Material Handling
Location:
  • Kingston, ON (In-person)
Shifts:
  • Rotating Shifts: Morning (5:45 AM – 2:15 PM) and Afternoon (2:30 PM – 12:30 AM)
  • Reliable Transportation Required*
