Your new role
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs in the oil and gas sector, particularly in the energy transition space.
P&L ownership to drive product profitability.
Participate in the product development phase, overseeing the creation and refinement of new and/or existing products.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market release.
Create and maintain product roadmap based on latest market trends and community feedback.
Develop a robust go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Sales & Marketing, including positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics for successful product introduction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design comprehensive marketing collateral and sales enablement tools.
Utilize exceptional business development skills to enhance product uptake and cultivate strategic partnerships with key clients and partners.
Organize and preside over user conferences, fostering meaningful engagement with key stakeholders, obtaining feedback, and driving product adoption.
Serve as the face of the company at industry conferences, delivering keynote speeches or presentations to showcase our expertise and product innovations.

What you'll need to succeed
Education
A bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
Knowledge & Skills
A good understanding of upstream oil and gas technologies.
Outstanding communication skills to represent the company at industry events.
Collaborate effectively with technology leaders to define and execute product roadmaps.
Be customer focused, learn about the business to help bring value to our customers
Team focused with a positive attitude, must be self-motivated, and have very good time management and communication skills both in written and verbal English.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of prior experience in B2B Product Management/Development profile.
Experience in launching new software products for the Oil and Gas industry.
