Truck Driver - Class 1

Health Care Relocations provides specialized relocation services to the healthcare industry worldwide. We have supported over 500 healthcare facilities in successful transitions to new facilities. We operate with coordinated precision, focused on minimizing downtime, mitigating risk, and maintaining patient focus.

We are looking for someone to work alongside our team in Corner Brook, NL assisting HCR Project Managers with the relocation of medical equipment and supplies.

This will be a fixed term contract from May 22 to June 2. Hours are roughly 8:00am until 4:00pm, offering $30.00/hr. There will be some flexibility on hours depending on what is scheduled for each day.

Job Details:

• Transporting medical equipment and supplies between two facilities using a 5-ton straight truck with air brakes.
• Assist in the movement of goods from one facility to another, with routes mapped out and planned.
• May be required to help our moving team during the loading and unloading of wheeled dollies or gondolas.
• Your role is flexible and you will work on an as-needed basis, providing support and assistance on various projects.
• Maintain open lines of communication with HCR team, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Commercial Drivers License with clean abstract and updated medical
• Be professional, reliable, and courteous
• Be able to work in a team environment and work well with others
• Flexibility and adaptability to work varying hours, including weekends.
