This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and values the creativity and autonomy that come with managing a dynamic product selection. *Responsibilities:* _Product Display:_ Create and maintain visually appealing and effective product displays to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. _Inventory Management:_ Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishments, and coordinate with our main supplier, McKesson, to ensure optimal stock levels. _Product Sourcing:_ Collaborate with vendors and source new products from local and niche brands to keep our selection fresh and engaging. _Market Analysis:_ Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform product placement and promotional strategies. _Sales Promotions:_ Implement sales promotions, including those in our flyer program with McKesson, ensuring that promotional materials are effectively displayed and communicated to customers. _Customer Interaction:_ Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and offering recommendations. _Collaboration:_ Work closely with the pharmacy team to align merchandising strategies with overall business goals. *Qualifications:* - Previous experience in merchandising, preferably within a pharmacy or retail environment an asset - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for working with unique and high-quality products. *What We Offer:* - A supportive and collaborative work environment. - Opportunities for professional development and career growth. - Autonomy and creativity in your role. - The chance to work with a diverse and unique product selection. - RRSP/TFSA Employer Matching - Health Benefits - Wellness Account _Heart Pharmacy Group is an equal opportunity employer.
