We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate who is results-driven, customer service-focused, and determined to help take our store to the next level. The position will be based at our store in Pine Centre Mall, Prince George.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of products and the ability to explain technical specifications to customers
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar industry is an asset
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales records
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
