We seek a dynamic and experienced Key account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service excellence, team development, and innovative problem-solving within the pharmaceutical and retail industries. This role is critical in driving long-term customer loyalty and operational effectiveness.
l Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Service
- Manage and response to the inquiry from the CSO channel Order management
2. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their needs, business objectives, and satisfaction.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth
- Achieve sales targets and objectives for key accounts.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to key clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction
4. Market and Industry Network &Knowledge
- Build and maintain an industry network, particularly with major accounts and sales organizations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
l Qualifications:
- Experience in CSO or managing large accounts is required.
- Fluency in English and Korean is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a related field or role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is required
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve operational effectiveness.
- A track record of achieving high order accuracy and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; additional relevant certifications or training are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
