Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Proven experience as a Millwright in an industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents.
- Familiarity with welding, fabrication, and machining techniques.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid Millwright License
- 5-7 years of experience as a Millwright.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for a DAY SHIFT; but willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
