Journeyman Cladding Installer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Journeyman Metal Cladding Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal cladding installation, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. This position involves working on various projects, ensuring that installations meet the highest standards and are completed on time and within budget.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Install metal cladding systems on a variety of structures, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements
• Perform site preparation and layout, including scaffolding and safety equipment setup
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal cladding or related construction work
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of metal cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
