Bartender

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Bartender where you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

Duties:
- Mix and serve drinks to customers according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking beverages and supplies
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and operating the POS system
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent over-serving and ensure responsible beverage service
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment, restocking inventory, and securing the bar area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for measuring ingredients and processing payments
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations within the hospitality industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.20-$21.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
