The scope of work includes managing multiple tracks of complex projects with internal and external vendor stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of managing retail supply chain projects and able to communicate effectively to support identifying risks, issues and supporting the resolution of them. It is critical that this person be able to consume information and understand business/technology impacts and be able to plan mitigation for issues to ensure that the inbound logistics operations teams’ needs are being met. In this role, it is critical to have a background in supply chain systems implementation, preferably with experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Must Haves:
Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, strategy, operations or related professional industry experience
Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of complex, multi-stream programs and projects, including preparation of project charters, delivery plans and status updates, facilitation of workshops and cross-functional meetings and coordination of change and training efforts
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (mastery in Excel)
Proven ability to coach, mentor and teach junior team members
Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple cross functional teams. Ability to create alignment and reach consensus.
Ability to clearly communicate objectives and give clear direction to achieve deliverables.
Ability to understand financial impacts on long range plans and make financially sound recommendations to leadership.
Mastery with data management. Proven experience in design and management of project documents, including project charters, implementation plans and business requirements.

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join an enterprise retail company hybrid out of Vancouver. You will be tasked with leading the planning and implementation of large, complex programs and strategic initiatives, including the creation of project charters, implementation plans and business requirements, project delivery and go-live and sustainment efforts.
Other principal duties and responsibilities include:
Leverage understanding of current state people, process and technology capabilities, knowledge of industry best practices and critical problems solving skills to identify business needs and define new and improved ways of working to develop packaging and labelling.
Drive cohesion across program work streams through coordinating efforts of project managers, change and training leads, product management, technology partners, subject matter experts, super users, project sponsors and other stakeholders.
Facilitate and lead workshops and deliver updates to cross functional partners and leadership.
Lead and oversee the planning, implementation and adoption of new and transformative logistics processes, including tracking and delegation of documentation of current-state processes, design, implementation and ongoing operation of new processes, development of tools to monitor the effectiveness of new processes, and support in establishing connectivity across current and new processes to deliver operating model transformation.
Deliver regular program updates to cross-functional partners and leaders.
