```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services, policies, and procedures
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in an office or front desk setting preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proofreading techniques to ensure accuracy of documents
- Experience working in a medical or dental office is a plus
