Position Summary

Reporting to the branch manager, the individual in this position will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills in addition to a strong attention to detail. The applicant should be able to adapt in a dynamic, fast paced environment, and work autonomously after the training period.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the part sales process from start to finish
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and lead time of parts and components
  • Prepare and follow-up on customer quotes
  • Receive and process orders through phone, email, and ITR website
  • Respond to technical questions from customers regarding part breakdowns, specifications,

and functionality

  • Consult parts catalogues, online schematics, and other resources to identify parts
  • Research compatibility of components based on customer machines or specific applications
  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and warranty terms of ITR products
  • Identify opportunities to promote and provide information about the ITR brand and range of products
  • Recognize opportunities to upsell and to cross-sell complimentary products
  • Source parts from other ITR branches and from and external suppliers
  • Instruct warehouse staff in shipping priorities and seek to actively minimize transport costs
  • Foster good relations with customers and strive to uphold a positive company image during all interactions
  • Maintain a high level of service to customers in both English and in French
  • Obtain information from other departments regarding the logistics and delivery of goods from overseas
  • Continuously expand knowledge and expertise of ground engagement tools (G.E.T), repair parts, and undercarriage components

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English
  • Strong verbal and written communication in both languages
  • High school diploma or higher (an asset)
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
  • High proficiency using MS office, Outlook primarily
  • Account management, mechanical knowledge and/or industry experience are an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
