Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing various products and materials according to specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in flooring installation, construction painting, plumbing, welding, restoration, carpentry, and the use of hand tools.

Responsibilities:

Most of our jobs are smaller eavestrough repairs. We don't have the equipment to do full installations but there's plenty of small repairs to do around this city with our weather. If gutter repairs is having a slow day this postion will help out our other crews with window cleaning, pressure washing and other services.

- Install flooring materials such as carpet, tile, laminate, and hardwood

- Perform construction painting tasks including surface preparation and applying paint or other finishes

- Handle plumbing duties such as installing fixtures and connecting pipes

- Restore damaged surfaces by repairing or replacing materials

- Utilize carpentry skills to build or repair structures

- Use hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks

- Interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation

- Collaborate with team members to coordinate projects and meet deadlines

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

- Proven experience in flooring installation, construction painting, plumbing, welding, restoration, or carpentry

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Note: This is a paid position. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.92 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
