Jiffylube Burlington located at the AutoSpa on Appleby Line is now hiring a Full-

Time Store Manager!

Position Summary:

To lead and develop a team of eight skilled automotive technicians to deliver the

performance goals and customer service standards we set as a team.

Manage inventory levels to ensure appropriate turnover targets are met.

Perform maintenance services on our customers car's, truck's and suv's such as oil

changes and tire services efficiently and effectively to help customers maintain and

protect their second largest investment.

What we are looking for:

 A positive and friendly character

 A responsible and career minded individual

 Must have prior Fast Lube or Automotive Shop management experience

 Must excel in providing high standards in customer service

 Must be able to motivate and lead teams of technicians

 A willingness to learn and work in a structured team environment

 Having pride in yourself and your work

 Flexible schedule - must be willing to work in a 7 day a week operation

 Must have a valid drivers license

 Able to read and write, good computer skills, excellent verbal

communication skills

 You should be able to stand on your feet for many hours a day, able to carry

20-50 pounds of weight at times and enjoy a fast pace.

This position is for permanent full-time.

Wage range is $24 to $27 per hour (depending on experience) plus monthly Profit

Share plus Manager’s Bonus.
