At Johnson Farms, you will:

• Provide friendly customer service to everyone who comes in
• Stock shelves and create beautiful displays of produce and goodies
• Use the cash register accurately to check out customers
• Prepare produce to put on the shelves
• Ensure that the food on the shelf is still fresh

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Motivated and have an excellent work ethic
• Friendly and enthusiastic with a personable attitude
• A good problem solver to quickly resolve any store or customer issues
• Detail-oriented
• A team player who is able to work well alone AND with others
• Previous food/farm/market experience is greatly appreciated, but not necessary

Wage:

• To start, you will earn minimum wage, but there is room for advancement if you are a skilled and responsible worker!

Hours:

• Store hours are usually between 8-7pm, so you will never have to work nights!
• Part or full time available
• Must be willing to work weekends during the summer
