KalSoft is looking for a Receptionist/Sales Rep to join our team in our Mississauga office. The candidate will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person will have excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. As a Sales rep he/she will serve as the point of contact between KalSoft and our prospects and clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
