Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide crucial support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative duties including the handling of travel arrangements, executives' expenses, and general office administration.

Skills required:

  • Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook required (specifically as they pertain to the KCI world)
  • Ability to work under time pressure and deal effectively with stress
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required
  • Ability to take direction and know when to ask the right questions to complete a task
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with math and numbers
  • Punctuality
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly and re-evaluate priorities
  • Interest and affinity for using and learning new software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service and confidentiality
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required
  • Valid driver license required

Nice to have:

  • Travel industry experience
  • 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

  • Providing day to day administrative support to the Executive Team
  • Representing KCI as first point of contact via telephone and email
  • Booking travel for the Executive Team
  • Managing President’s Expensify expense receipt submission
  • Managing Expensify expense receipt submission for office products, services, and utilities
  • Providing vacation support to the Training & Technology Manager
  • Assisting the Training & Technology Manager with new hire onboarding and IT inventory

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
