Responsibilities
- Improve cycle time and work processes.
- Prepare production schedules and administer production meetings.
- Monitor progress of work, alert managers of potential delays or issues
- Reviewing damage before, during and after disassembly processes
- Damage Analysis and Repair Planning activities
- Order, receive and invoice parts and materials using industry specific software
- Delivering parts to technicians, vehicles, or part carts
- Adjusting inventory levels, and counting each month end
- Follow-up on parts orders
- Manage parts organization at the facility.
- Update Estimators and Technicians on parts status
- Update Estimates with price changes and additional parts
Requirements
- Automotive knowledge/background
- Production coordination experience in an autobody shop environment
- Inventory and Materials Management experience
- Parts management experience
- Comfortable multi-tasking on different ordering portals and systems
- Willingness to pursue learning and development opportunities
- Outstanding work references
