Fence/Deck Installer

```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled Fence and Deck Installer to join our team. As a Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of fences and decks. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

```Responsibilities```
- Install and repair fence
- Measure and mark fence lines, ensuring accuracy and proper alignment
- Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground
- Attach rails, pickets, or panels to the posts using appropriate tools and techniques
- Cut materials to size using saws or other cutting tools
- Secure fences with nails, screws, or other fasteners
- Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications
- Repair or replace damaged or worn components of existing fences

```Requirements```

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
