Banquet Server

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service consistently
• Serve all food and beverage items for assigned events
• Have full knowledge of all menu items being served
• Set room according to outlined instructions and/or complete room teardown at end of the night according to specified instructions

Qualifications:

• Previous banquet service experience is a must
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow set of written instructions independently
• Friendly and relaxing demeanor
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Work as part of a team during service
• Able to focus on guest needs and maintain a calm and courteous composure at all times
• Smart Serve Certification required

Part time positions with flexible hours - must be available weekends. Additional compensation on top of hourly rate in form of gratuity.

Physical requirements:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Must be able to lift heavy trays (8 plates)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Every Weekend
