Parts Manager

The Leggat Auto Group is looking for a Parts Manager!

As a Parts Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment interacting with many different customers while reporting directly to the General Manager. Working closely with your department, you will recommend and sell parts to our customers, both internal and external, and ultimately develop lasting relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, direct, lead all aspects of the Dealership Parts Department
• Implement all systems, scheduling, and procedures in the Parts Department
• Maintain high profitability in all areas and keep all departmental expenses under strict control
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
• Maintain inventory control including purchasing, selling, stocking, pricing, and counting parts

Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant parts management experience in a Dealership environment
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a management or supervisory role
• Three (3) years experience as a Parts Advisor or inventory clerk, preferred
• Customer Service experience
• Strong ability to lead and manage
