Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Adjoint administratif to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations. Duties: - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Handle administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Manage front desk operations including answering phones and directing calls - Utilize phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally - Maintain office files and records in an organized manner - Assist with clerical tasks as needed - Demonstrate proficiency in using Google Suite for various office tasks Qualifications: - Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy - Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus - Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette - Proficiency in using Google Suite for document management and communication This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are valued.
