Location: Hybrid, Edmonton Based, Majority Work from Home

Employment Type: 25 - 40 hours per week

Compensation: 20 – 24 dollars per hour

soccer programs for kids that focus on fun, fitness, and skill-building.

Job Description:

As the Administration Manager at Little Kickers, you will oversee the administrative functions

related to our soccer programs, focusing on managing our sales force system, customer

communication, and registration processes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring

participant activity, addressing billing issues, managing class capacities, and providing excellent

customer service to parents and ensuring quality at Little kickers classes.

Key Responsibilities:

Parent and Owner Communication:

● Act as a liaison between parents, venue owners, and Little Kickers management.

● Share feedback, updates, and address any concerns or inquiries in a timely and

professional manner.

Answering Phones:

● Handle incoming phone calls, providing information and assistance to parents and

potential participants.

● Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and offer support as needed.

● Flexible schedule required regarding availability for answering phones

Customer Service:

● Provide excellent customer service to parents, ensuring a positive experience with Little

Kickers.

● Address billing issues and manage class capacities efficiently.

Flexible Scheduling:

● Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the program and address any

unexpected situations.

● Ensure availability during peak times and be responsive to urgent matters.

● Work from home, with flexible scheduling.

Venue Management:

● Attend and check in on venues regularly to ensure they meet Little Kickers standards for safety and quality.

● Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

● Be available to fill in as a Little Kickers coach as needed.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in administration or management roles.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Ability to manage a team and provide leadership.

● Experience in a sports-related field is preferred.

● Proficiency in using sales force systems and other relevant software.

● Diploma or Degree in Business or Kinesiology an asset
