Litigation Law Clerk

Our firm has an opportunity for an experienced Litigation Law Clerk.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:

• experience in civil litigation, with an understanding of the Rules of Civil Litigation;
• strong interpersonal skills - comfortable communicating with clients and others (lawyers, court staff, process servers, etc.);
• excellent organization/diarizing skills and document management skills;
• experience preparing correspondence and initial drafts of court documents; and
• proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams)

Familiarity with practice management and billing software is preferred, but not a requirement.
