Our Scarbrough Outlet is looking for it's newest team member. My Furniture by Mattress To Door Corp is seeking full-time sales specialist, applicants should have previous retail experience in home furniture/décor and proven ability in high volume sales. JOB DUTIES

• Act as a company owner and ambassador by increasing customer loyalty, being the face of the company, greeting all customers, meeting their needs, and performing high-quality sales.
• The ideal candidates would be skillful individuals who know and love furniture and design, who are adaptable, who thrive in a dynamic environment, and who enjoy being part of a team atmosphere.
• Ability to sell the full range of products from our collection. Offer interior design advice to customers manage sales leads and client relationships efficiently - including effective correspondence with clients via email and phone.
• Ability to connect and establish lasting relationships. Weekend availability is a must
• Participate in inventory management and receiving goods
• Ensure that the visual presentation and cleanliness of the store are met at all times.
• High commissions! The potential to earn is unlimited! Responsibilities will include: Driving sales at the floor to impart a superlative customer experience and collaborating with the team to achieve store goals and objectives. The ability to run social media campaigns would be an additional asset.
