Line Cook

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, possess a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the Chef to develop new dishes and menus

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
